ppvp Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and General Information

ppvp ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, table games and live casino services for users ("you", "member") in Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions serve as a binding agreement between you and ppvp regarding your use of the ppvp website and services. By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any game or service, you give your full consent to these terms. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and permanent account closure. At the time of registration you must provide the following accurate and truthful information:

If false information is provided, ppvp reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds or winnings.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Funds can currently be deposited on ppvp using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

When making a deposit you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification (KYC) may be required to complete a withdrawal.

ppvp reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests in cases of security checks or suspicious activity. Withdrawal funds will always be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible.

3.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, ppvp may request a national identity card, bank statement or other relevant documents. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until this verification is complete.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The minimum deposit amount to receive this bonus is ৳200.

The bonus and any associated winnings must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
• Specific games may contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The ppvp VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier — from Bronze through to Diamond you can earn a maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% respectively. You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games are operated on the highest principles of transparency and fairness. Each game has its own specific rules which are displayed during gameplay.

• If any technical fault occurs during gameplay, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Taking unfair advantage by exploiting any software error or bug is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games with the help of bots, automated software or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits will be treated as fraud.

5.2 System Errors

If an error occurs in any transaction or game result due to a technical issue, ppvp reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant transaction. Bets or winnings made on the basis of incorrect information displayed due to a system error will not be considered valid.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvp platform:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Playing games using third-party funds
• Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abusing")
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts
• Sending hateful or abusive messages on the platform
• Creating an account using a false identity or documents
• Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud

In the event of any of the above activities, ppvp may immediately close the account and seize all funds. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be informed.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

ppvp may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If identity verification fails
• Due to regulatory or legal requirements

7.2 Closure by Member
